Starter service terms for AiO Lawn Care.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to service areas, including unlocked gates and safe conditions.
Routine services are intended to be month-to-month unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Customers may pause or cancel subject to the applicable notice period.
The proposed policy requires at least 24 hours' notice to pause or cancel a scheduled visit. Exact terms should be confirmed in the customer service agreement.
Where authorized, recurring charges may be processed according to the agreed billing schedule and payment authorization.
Customers must disclose known hazards. Rock, metal, toys, pet waste, irrigation components, hidden debris, or other concealed hazards may create damage risks. The final liability and waiver language must be reviewed and approved by the business and its legal counsel.
